These Terms of Service apply to Wisdom & Sacred Lineage, operated by True Soul Healing LLC. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or accessing this program, you agree to these terms.

Membership Access

Wisdom & Sacred Lineage is a digital membership providing spiritual-wellness education, community spaces, energetic guidance, meditations, live or recorded gatherings, and related resources. Content and scheduling may evolve as the membership grows. Membership access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

The membership is billed at $20 per month unless a different price is clearly displayed and accepted at checkout. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel before your next billing date through your member account or by contacting True Soul Healing through https://truesoulhealing.com. Cancellation stops future charges and does not normally generate a refund for a payment already processed. You will retain access through the remainder of the period already paid for unless access is terminated for a violation of these terms.

Refund Policy

Spiritual-Wellness and Educational Disclaimer

All teachings, energy practices, meditations, intuitive guidance, astrology, card or rune guidance, and other materials are offered for spiritual wellness, personal reflection, and educational purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Participation is voluntary. You remain responsible for your choices, wellbeing, and decisions. Consult an appropriately licensed professional when needed. No particular spiritual, personal, financial, or health result is promised or guaranteed.

Live Sessions and Recordings

Some group gatherings may be recorded and made available to members as replays. You will be informed when recording is taking place. If you do not wish to be recorded, keep your camera and microphone off and avoid submitting identifying personal information during the recorded portion.

Community Conduct and Privacy

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and to honor the privacy of others. Harassment, discrimination, threats, solicitation, spam, impersonation, or sharing another member’s personal story, image, recording, or identifying information without permission is prohibited.

True Soul Healing LLC may remove content or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce these terms, address nonpayment, or comply with law. Community confidentiality is expected, but absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in an online group environment.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, membership content—including writing, videos, audio recordings, meditations, graphics, downloads, teaching materials, and branding—is owned by True Soul Healing LLC or used with permission. It is provided for the member’s personal, noncommercial use only. Content may not be copied, recorded, republished, distributed, taught, sold, or used to create derivative commercial materials without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Soul Healing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from participation in or inability to access the membership. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
